Once There Were Dragons is a documentary pilot produced for my creative media graduate project at The University of Oklahoma. Between January 2018 to July 2020, I worked on honing my craft in order to share my love of dragons in storytelling. This documentary begins the journey of exploring myths from around the world and how these stories affect modern day society. This documentary includes interviews from academic scholars specializing in medieval literature and anthropology; as well as legendary icons giving life to dragons in art and film. The full pilot episode will be available at film festivals in the near future.
